Shipping & Returns

Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage for a flat rate of $9.95

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Both offer tracking and will arrive within 3-5 business days after the package has been received by USPS. Orders placed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island will usually arrive within 1-3 days!

Orders are shipped within 72 hours -- but we typically fill and ship orders same day! USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days, Ground Advantage takes 3-5 business days once picked up and scanned by USPS. If you order from Massachusetts or Rhode Island, you usually will receive your order within 1-2 days! You will receive an email notification with a clickable tracking number, once your order has shipped. (Please note it can take several hours for your tracking number to become active in the USPS system!) If there is a delay filling your order, due to a back-ordered product or an unforeseen event, you will be notified promptly via email.

• We do not accept returns without prior authorization
• Items must be returned in unused condition.
• You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong item.
• Once a return has been accepted, a refund will be applied
• Returns must be received within 8 days of receipt.

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during shipping or a product that you didn't order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours so we can help replace the item.
